Corina Mitrica

Corina started her Accounting and Human Resources career in 2004, in the oil industry, but soon developed her skills in order to become a Senior Consultant for several other organizations. Her natural abilities in negotiation and customer service combined with her professional skills enabled Corina to join Accountess in 2008 and later to become one of the Managing Partners. From this position she is responsible for all projects involving Human Resources processes: Recruiting, Personnell administration, Payroll and Consultancy on both tax and labor legislation. She graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies – Accounting and Management Informatics and completed her skills with various licenses, like Expert in Labor Legislation (National Union of Experts in Labor Legislation – membership), Human Resources Inspector, Human Resources Management and Project Management. And, since her focus is on working with people, she appreciates interaction with energetic, honest, loyal and humorous persons.
